Your hand painted art piece will be painted by a Color Me Mine CeramiTrans Certified painter. Your original art piece is guaranteed against surface cracks, crazing, shivering or color fading. We also fully guarantee the design for correct spelling and accuracy of text. We cannot guarantee that the color match will be exact. Ceramic underglazes are not available in every paint color. We will make every effort to select colors as close in color value as possible.

Your piece must be received as a .JPG or .GIF image and no smaller than 3 x 3. We are unable to accept photography and we cannot guarantee that we will reproduce your art perfectly, especially if there are gradations in the colors. Every effort will be made to use painting techniques that best interpret your art. Once you have committed to the design and production has begun, we will not refund your money. If, however, production has not started you will receive a refund of any monies charges on your credit card less a $15.00 service fee.

Your piece has been painted to your specifications from your project page or from your signed proof sheet returned to us. We will do our best to match the colors in your design to the colors in our underglaze palate.

Your piece will be sent to you via your chosen shipping option. There is no guarantee against breakage in shipment. You must purchase insurance to be included in your shipping option. Color Me Mine will take every precaution to carefully package your piece to minimize the chance for breakage.

Your piece should be hand washed and not be used in a microwave or oven. Remember that your piece is an original, one-of-a-kind art piece. However, it is not irreplaceable. Since your design is stored on our computer we are available to repaint another piece if yours is lost or broken in the years to come. We guarantee that any piece will be repainted at a price not to exceed the price you originally paid.

We are unable to reproduce art that is copyrighted or is a registered trademark without the owner's permission. By submitting art you are claiming ownership and we will not be responsible for infringement claims.
